We support historical civil records including birth certificates, marriage records, death certificates, church registers, and other genealogical documents. Our AI works best with documents from the 18th-20th centuries written in Latin, Polish, Russian, German, and other European languages.

We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and WebP image formats. Files can be up to 20 MB each. For best results, use scans at 300 DPI or higher.

Simply create a free account to receive 5 free credits. Then upload your scanned documents, select your service tier, and start processing. You'll receive your transcription and translation within minutes.

Credits are used to process images. Different service tiers require different amounts of credits: Translation Only uses 1 credit/image, Full Extraction uses 2 credits/image, and Priority processing adds an extra credit. You can purchase credit packages at any time.

No, your credits never expire. You can use them whenever you're ready to process documents.

If an image fails to process, you'll receive an automatic credit refund for that image. We also offer partial refunds if only some images in a batch fail.

Yes! New users receive 5 free credits upon registration, which is enough to process 2-5 images depending on the service tier you choose.

Most images are processed within 1-5 minutes. Priority processing places your jobs at the front of the queue. Processing time may vary based on document complexity and current system load.

Translation Only provides the original transcription and English translation of your document. Full Extraction includes everything in Translation Only, plus structured data extraction (names, dates, places, relationships) that you can export to Excel or JSON.

Our AI achieves 90-95% accuracy on clear documents. Results include a confidence score to help you identify areas that may need review. The accuracy depends on the document's condition, handwriting legibility, and image quality.

Yes! You can download results in multiple formats: JSON for data integration, Excel spreadsheets for analysis, and CSV/TSV for importing into other genealogy software.

Our AI can transcribe documents in virtually any language. We've been extensively tested on Latin, Polish, Russian, German, Ukrainian, French, and Italian historical documents. Translation output is available in English, German, French, Spanish, and Polish.

Your uploaded images and results are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage. We don't share your data with third parties. You can delete your data at any time from your dashboard.

Your results are stored indefinitely in your account. You can organize them into projects and access them anytime. We recommend downloading backups of important results.

Currently, results are private to your account. We're working on collaboration features for future releases. You can export and share the downloaded files manually.
